Hi, I'm Lance!

I have lived in Fredericksburg for almost twenty years and am continuously charmed by the city and surrounding area. I am lucky to have found my home here! When not helping my clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy playing golf, watching my favorite sports teams, and spending time with my wife Sara, our son Cooper, and our dog Jojo in our historic downtown home. I’m also an active member in local groups that provide charitable help to those in need and strive to continue making the Fredericksburg area a great place to live and work.
